FLF delivers high-quality, sustainable residential and commercial developments across the South West and beyond. With deep local roots and over 20 years’ construction expertise through our sister company, Wedgewood Groundworks, we’re proud to create homes, spaces, and opportunities that make a lasting difference — strategic property development with a personal foundation.
Three directors — Will, Ian and George Friend — bring over two decades of construction expertise and a shared commitment to creating high-quality, sustainable developments. Each brings a different skill set to the business, combining strategic thinking with a personal touch to deliver homes and commercial spaces that enhance communities and stand the test of time.
